Installation of Solar Panels and Battery system

We are wanting a solar panel system installed on our property with a battery system. We do not want the panels fixed on our roof. We have a north facing slope that gets all day sun and we want the panels installed on the ridge line - I have marked the location on the photo I have included. Our property is the one with the black roof in the photo. We want to be able to sell unused power back into the grid and also want to ensure resilience in the event of a power cut so want the system to be able to fail over to battery if the power does go out.
