Solar cables connection required

Looking for an electrician that help with a solar installation cables connection. Grounded solar panels and grid tie inverter installed and secured. Work consists of; 1. Getting the solar panels connected to the abb grid tie inverter a. DC isolator required 2. Get the grid tie inverter connected to the main switchboard b. AC isolator required + circuit breaker I have a list of solar PV labels that's also required as per pictures below It's not a big a job as panels and grid tie inverter has already been installed. Due to the legal complaint, we aren't allowed to the connection of the cables so we required someone qualified to do this job.
