Bathroom skylight

I am wanting a skylight put into my bathroom. My roof has no ceiling cavity and has Gerard tiles on the top with rimu sarking on the ceiling - all up being approx 100mm thick. Size of window - we are thinking approx 1m x 1m but the space has an exposed beam running through the middle of it. It does not need to be opening... Thanks
