Skylight Installation

We'd like to get two skylights installed (and help to purchase suitable ones) in our kitchen and stairwell. Our home had skylights in these positions before (years ago before we owned the home) but they were removed. We have a pitched roof, we're on a hill but with easy single storey access on the front side (where one of the skylights in the kitchen will be) and 3 storey height on the other side.
