We have a holiday home located just outside of the town of St Arnaud with 5 rotting/leaky skylights. The current skylights are wooden framed and the external part (exposed on the roof) don't have flashings/coverings and are now rotting and letting water into the house (slowly). Three of the skylights are easily accessible but two of them are large and will need a scaffold or large ladder to reach (located in the roof but on the second story - unless accessed by the roof) - these two large skylights are never used and we would love for them to be replaced by fixed windows (that preferably don't leak!!). Any help or advice would be sincerely appreciated!
