skylight replacement
Job description
The design of my current fixed skylight is causing leak issues when it rains, I would like to replace it with a slightly shorter one, I need someone who can do the whole job ie: remove existing skylight, supply and replace with new. And provide associated roofing/flashing and interior building/carpentry surrounding the skylight. It is on a 45 degree roof pitch on 2nd story, however it comes down to meet the verandah roof. So easily accessible. The current skylight is approx 2400 x 500 inside measurements.

Communication was good until the main part of the job was completed and paid for in full, however 2 months later, I am still waiting for Juan to come back and finish a small detail and supply me with the warranty despite asking 10 times for it. He did make arrangements with me twice to come and finish the detail and give me the warranty but failed to show on both occasions.
