This contractor did not progress with the job; would not answer emails or phone calls and basically reneged completely. Confronted personally he said he would come up with another quote but did not communicate back. Consequently, in time when it rained the skylight started to leak; and, in the hope that the job would be started we did not employ anyone else to our detriment! He is considered to be an unreliable, uncommunicative; and, uncaring tradie who I would certainly not recommend.
