Skylight in roof is leaking when rain is heavy & windy. Roof is old Decramastic tiles & skylight was installed after house built in 1975, so it is an old skylight which does not open & does not have a dome covering. It first started leaking in March when heavy rains came, has never leaked before. I've been told there is a gap around flashing where rain can get in, so may need new flashing & possible replacement of tiles around it, but tiles are hard to get. The roof is a steep pitched roof. Am having difficulty getting anyone to do it, & really need it done before Winter sets in. Is there anyone prepared to tackle this job in the next few weeks?
