Skylight repair

I need the seals on 2 skylights repaired and 2 others checked. I've had both a roofer and glazier look at the problem and the flashings are fine and have been eliminated. Glazier says the seals are 5mm short at the corners on one skylight and bent around the corners on the other and so not flush with the glass but its a job he doesn't do himself. I've got 2 other skylights that should be checked also at the same time. The house was reroofed 4 years ago and flashings replaced byt the previous owner. However, these skylights weren't and are about 20 years old. Some height involved but can be accessed by a good ladder.
