Sky light windows need reglazing

I have 4 (or 5) small skylights (approx 500x600 mm each) that have been effected by storms. A builder has repaired/replaced some rotten timber and flashing and said glass need re-glazing (soon). He will re-paint later. Access to roof is easy (see photo) and house has low pitch roof. Access to property easy.
