Skylights in living room

We are hoping to get additional light into our living room. At present, the living room has a ceiling at around 2.40 m, and above it is the roof space (acute angle - height to nook of inner roof line probably 1.0-1.20 m). We are hoping for a hole to be cut into the ceiling, about 1.2 x 1.2 m, and for some of the concrete tiles to be removed to be replaced by 4 glass panels/windows (openable? Depending on price).
