Install skylight in hallway

I would like a skylight installed in my hallway. One I was looking at was 700mm x 1300mm. I need the skylight installed on the roof, and the cavity built inside the roof, and finished to a standard so that I can paint it. I can also be swayed to include painting if it's an attractive all inclusive package! Access to roof is relatively easy, inside and out and there's a light in the middle of the hallway that can easily move.
