This property is a two-story house and has 5 skylights installed when the property was built in 1998. The roof pitch is approximately 60 degrees. Living for two years in this house I did not notice any problems, and I'm considering retrofit 4 of them (currently single glazed) I would like a skylight maintenance specialist to look and advise if maintenance is required. Secondarily, not essential, possibility, and costs for retrofit.
