Crank hook loose not turning.

*Sorry for lack of comms, covid had great timing! Am still needing this sorted out but waiting on Level 2 to come into force. Thank you so much. Hello, I live in an apartment building with flat roof. I have an older style skylight in bathroom which use a hook pole to manually open. The hook on the window has lost all tension and just turns without raising the window open. It's previous tenants obviously made a habit of leaving open in all conditions and rust may have contributed. Would love someone to please quote for repair as this is important ventilation for shower. Thanks so much. Can provide picture of window style and roof of building if required.

Good communication. Sourced a replacement unit at a good price and of better quality design for the use needed. Silviu is very friendly and I was impressed at his efforts to clean up the work area after repairs and assessments were done. He was also patient and flexible in working out scheduling - during this time of Covid. Thanks Silviu for your work.
