Hi Guys, I've got a skylight that leaks during heavy rain. The size of the skylight is approx 2.5m x 0.8m and it sits on A small extension with a slight sloped roof. You can access the sides of the skylight using on a normal ladder. In heavy rain we notice drips coming down the bottom edge. On the top edge its almost like condensation building up but we have HRV and heat pumps running so that doesnt quite make sense. I've pulled the sheet metal flashings off and can see 2 points of entry in the lower corners where the seal contacts the glass and wooden frame. I can also see that water has been coming under the top flashing where it meets the side of the house and seeping into the ceiling. I would like a professionals opinion / quote on what needs to happen to get this sealed up so it doesnt cause anymore damage. Kind regards, Jack
