Remove and replace two skylights

We have two skylights approx 900 x 700 and about 4m above the floor. I would like to remove them and replace with them with new skylights, one of which opens, both with blinds. Looking to get the work done betweeen 24 June and 8 July, as there will be scaffolding to the gutter around the house at this time.
