Skylight motor repair

Looking for someone who can repair our skylight motor. It stopped working after we let off a flea bomb in the room and now the motor turns on but it sounds like it’s slipping, not gripping the chain to push the window up. It’s old, circa 2000 and I can’t for the life of me find a company selling similar products so perhaps it’s discontinued. So we need it fixed or replaced but don’t want to replace the whole window as that sounds major, just the motor. Current situation is skylight window with Amotor attached to it and on/off switch wired in to the wall. Also the rain sensor has worked once in the 6 years I’ve lived here so that also needs looking at and repaired or replaced. Thanks
