bathroom

skylight was originally in the toilet area. I updated the bathroom about 5 years ago and amalgamated the toilet area with the shower area which has an outside window. Have been told that the skylight is permanently open and I find that in winter the whole area is incredibly drafty and cold. I need someone to shut it.
