Simple interior fitout - walls and some glazing

We are moving to a new office. We are wanting to build a simple wall to create an open-air lobby, just inside the building in front of a set of roller doors, to allow for pedestrian access, courier deliveries, etc. We also need a glass wall + door put up to separate out an area to become an office and make the air conditioning work more effectively. We need the work to be completed within one week in April 2025. We are thinking that most of the framing can be done offsite, and we can use negative detailing plywood instead of GIB to do this faster.
