Knock down old shed, install new one

Our existing shed is on a lean and we need it knocked down and replaced with a new one. Rather than just replacing it as is, I'd like the shed turned to face front on (it is currently sideways to the house) and pushed back to sit against the fence if allowed. This may mean that a new concrete pad has to be poured. I don't have the measurements of the shed right now it's maybe 6ft by 4ft, but the new one will need to be large enough to fit half a dozen bikes, scooters, gardening equipment, surfboards and a SUP. I'm thinking something like this ---
