Custom build- garden/storage shed with base & simple roof (<10m2)-Easy access

Recently removed the rusted garden shed. The place is a blank canvas now! We are not keen on going through the expensive garage option which may need consent. So prefer to explore custom building a storage/utility shed beside the house. The available space is: approximately 3.9m Width and 4.6m Length I would like to maximize the storage area by having the shed's capacity to the maximum withing this available area. If the requirement is to keep it under 10m2, feel free to alter the sheds measurements- 2.7m W X 1.8m H X 3.69mL Preference: Exterior: Pinewood (board & batten?) or open for other weatherproof options Base/Floor type: Wooden or Plywood Door: A simple double door Roof: Simple mono-pitch slant roof (not gable), made out of Corrugated Polycarbonate roofing for lighting. However open for other options. Window: not required if there is lighting from the polycarbonate roofing We are working from home so if you would like to visit the place before providing quotes, happy to organize this.
