"William repaired the door on my old but trusty garden shed. The rail had rusted through. William carefully and professionally explored a number of repair options before sourcing a replacement rail. William's craftsmanship was top-shelf and the door/shed works like new again. William also a great communicator, explaining what he would do and how he would do it. Lastly, William is super polite and a wonderful person to interact with. Thank you!"
