Clothesline installation

Hello I am interested in the installation of a new Hills rotary clothesline model FD88010. We have a small property on River Road near Horotiu, about 10 minutes drive from Hamilton city. Problems with this job include the removal of our old existing rotary clothesline (it is concreted in the lawn) and installation of the new one. I am 74 years old and not in the best physical shape to undertake any heavy lifting, digging etc. Can you recommend any local contractor to help us with this project? I would be grateful for any advice on this matter.
