Timber Shed/ Small Workshop

I require a timber garden shed/small workshop to be built, the concrete pad is already in place (See photos) Required specification (All negotiable for other options depending on cost or suitability) • 3m x 4m, to fit the pad already laid. (Unsure on height) • Lean to roof, highest point at door end. • Steel roof, colour similar to our house roof (Castle grey colortile) • Clear roof panel through middle. • Interior lined with building paper. • Wooden cladding, to match existing fence palings. • Guttering on back, downpipe to the ground for now. Collect water in tank in the future (We will add a water collection tank at a later date). • Double wooden door opening. At least 1500mm wide. Doors to be the same construction as the rest of the shed, of suitable dimensions for a deadbolt style lock to be fitted. (Handles and locks to be supplied by us at a later date). • Aluminum frame window next to door, top of window in line with top of doors. (Window already purchased, 600x600mm). Non-negotiable conditions • No work between midday and 2pm, I am a stay at home dad with a toddler and she takes a nap between those times. I basically want one of the timber sheds they sell at Mitre 10, but bigger. Similar to the one in the photos, but with a lean to roof and double doors
