New storage area for bikes/kayak

I live in a newly created apartment complex. I am interested in having a custom shed built adjacent to my overly large (by design) parking space. The shed needs to be secured to a concrete wall (so three sides and roof, along with door mechanism) needs to be built. The purpose of the shed will be to store kayaks and bikes.
