Shed Foundation

Hi I am looking to put up a garden shed but before doing so I need to put in a flat foundation. At this stage it is just the foundation I am looking for help with. Our back yard has a very slight slop and so am looking to put a platform which is about 200mm off the ground in place to sit the shed on. Size is approx 2.5m wide by 1.7m deep. Not looking for a concrete pad as the shed will only have garden equipment in it. Rather I imagine it can be made from wood framing. Timeframe - not urgent but next couple of weeks if possible.
