3mx3m timber shed build

I want a 3mx3m shed to be built in back yard. It is either to be built on a slab or piles (need to keep floor as close to ground level as possible to avoid over height to boundary so happy to look any options here). Roof to pitch from 1850 approx at rear, to 2100 at front, with 90mm rafters at 400mm centers, supported by standard framed walls(90mm timber at 600 centers) , barrier paper, and front to be framed for door centrally, opening of 1500w x2000h (I will supply and install doors) Steel corrugated roof, with middle sheet to be clear polycarbonate for natural lighting. Rear gutter to be installed also at low end. Cladding to be vertical grooved ply. No painting required. Ground is pretty level, and access is down side of house to back. Photo attached shows current shed, in the location of new shed needed, and is 2600 wide x 1700 deep to give perspective. I will remove old shed prior to job start.
