Install Duratuf MK4 4.21 mx 1.71m Garden Shed

I am looking for an experienced builder to install a Duratuf MK4 Kiwi Garden Shed (4.21m x 1.71m) on an existing concrete pad. The shed has been ordered (including a 20cm height extension) and is expected to arrive within 5–10 working days.

Key Requirements:

- Assembly & Anchoring: Full assembly of the shed and height extension kit. It must be secured directly to the concrete pad using the provided bolt-down kit (no internal floor).
- Waterproofing: The shed must be sealed to the concrete to prevent water ingress under the frame. I have been advised that foam sealant tape is a good option, but please specify your preferred method or product for ensuring a dry finish.
- Positioning: The unit needs to be installed as close to the existing retaining wall as possible (see attached photo).

- A brief description of how you plan to manage the waterproofing/sealing.
- How close to the retaining wall you can install it.
