Adding a shed onto the garage

I have an existing Quin Buildings garage that has a concrete footing for a separate shed. The shed would match the colour, style and aesthetics of the existing garage, with a door at the front, a window on the side and at the back. The shed would have a gabled roof and would fully occupy the space of the footing. I would source all the materials for this project from Quin Buildings. The builder would have to assemble and connect the shed to the existing garage. Some flashing from the existing structure would have to come off. All up, there would be three walls and a gabled roof to construct, perhaps less than a week for one person to complete. I’m not sure if Council consent will be required, as the structure is so small .
