Assemble a Garden Shed 6'x8'ft Kitset and install it on a Treated timber base

We have a new 6' X 8' Steel Garden Shed Kitset from TSB Living in Wellington to be assembled. We would like it to be installed in our back yard, with a ground treated Tanalised Timber Base under it. Maybe 2 or 3 either 8' X 4" X 4" Ground Treated Fence Posts, or 6' X 4" X 4" as bearers. 6' tanalised fence palings for a floor, on of 4' X 2" Tanalised Fence Railings as Joists. Reasonable access onto a flat section. 2 small poodles that would lick you to death if we did not lock them away.
