3-Bay lean-to shed, Kerikeri Builder to: • Construct shed and retaining wall (I will help with labour for construction) • Provide detailed materials list based on high wind zone • Provide working drawings for FNDC permit • View site for shed construction with owner prior to submission of quote Shed features: • 3 bays, each bay 3600 wide • Total 10800 wide, 6000m deep, 3600 high at front, 3000 at rear • 900 mm canopy • All poles machined unipoles, with 3 poles in front, so no centre posts in between open bays • Three translucent panels, one over each bay in roof • 1 enclosed bay: o Roller door 3200 with chain wheel o Framing for PA door next to roller door (I will provide door) o Two translucent panels in outer side wall of enclosed area • Roof and sides clad in Veedek Grey Friars Coloursteel • Builders paper and netting for inside roof • 10m retaining wall 1-2m high on right side and right back, priced separately o Pipework, cloth and stones for drainage behind wall o Install sump and pipework • Flashings, spouting and downpipes • Structural drawings for submission to FNDC • Concrete for poles • Boxing and mesh for floor ready for concrete pour
