Dunners, garden shed assembly!

I need someone to assemble a Duratuf Kiwi MK3 colour steel garden shed (double sliding door, one window, one clear panel) of approx D 3.38 x W 1.715 m ( 1.9-2 m H) with pegdown kit in the back garden( grass), and with a timber floor kit. Pickup of kit will be from Mitre10Mega Sth Dunedin. Timeline: approx 10 days -2weeks from today. ( so about first -second week of June?) I was quoted $342 by Sheds and Shelters who said: "My apologies but we can’t find anyone in Dunedin at the moment who is reliable and wants to do the work.". .... I find this hard to believe. It's sounds like there's a job there for someone in Dunners who wants it.
