Job description

Garden Shed Installation Woolston, Christchurch

Published on 5th August 2025

I'm looking for someone to build a basic, functional lean-to between my garage and fence to store firewood and other outdoor items. It doesn’t need to be fancy – just safe and weatherproof. I'm open to using recycled or secondhand materials to help keep the cost down. The existing fence might need a little reinforcing with some additional bracing, and I would be keen for the roof to be around 1.7/1.8m at the fence side so we can walk under comfortably. Details: No door or finishing required – just a simple lean-to style structure The roof should be clearlite or similar to let in light Structure to sit between garage wall (full length) and fence Rough dimensions: Length: approx. full length of the back garage wall is 4.6M Width: approx. 1.5m at the narrow end, widening to 2.6m at the open/front end
