Need garden shed doors installed

I have recently assembled the large Mothership Garden Shed from Steelmates. The base was professionally done and is level. Shed is complete except for the doors. I find that when I try to put them into position, the top on one side is flush but out at the bottom and the other side is flush at the bottom and out at the top. WhenI try to move the side of the doors flush with the side panel, they bind up and wont open. It is now beyond me and need help!
