Install Retractable Outdoor Sun Shade

Installation of a 2m x 3m retractable outdoor sun shade required on the back deck of a townhouse situated in Houghton Bay, Wellington. Please note the attachment of the mechanism will have to be to the retaining wall / fence. (It cannot be attached to the monolithic cladding of the house.) I have attached photos of the sun shade and the location for it.
