We have two northwest-facing rooms (about 9 and 16 sqm) in our Tawa home that get far too hot in summer - up to 30 degrees. We would like to find a solution that will reduce the heat gain so that the rooms remain at a more comfortable temperature without us having to use air conditioning. The rooms are also uncomfortably glarey. We are thinking about options such as shade sails, awnings, blinds etc. We're looking for anyone that may have a suitable solution and can advise and quote.
