privacy wall or screen

I am seeking a quote for creating a privacy wall or screen to block out the neighbours in my new home. I would like to create an enclosed feeling. The proposed structure - should be sufficient in height to block out the neighbours. - Can be free standing or attached to the existing wall structure - Should fit in with the natural surroundings - be as long as the existing wall structure, which is about 5m.
