Waterproof triangular shade sail

The sail/shade cloth needs to be approx. 5x5x4 metres in a triangle. The three tall poles and hooks are already in place as there has been a sail there before with previous owners. We need it to be waterproof and duel purpose to keep us dry when outside on the deck and hope to use it to dry washing under on a wet day.
