Vlad has extremely good communication skills. Very quick response and scheduled an on site visit same day. He made a good assessment on what would suit our place and placed the poles a few days later. The installation of the custom made sail was very professional. He's willing to go the extra mile as we would like to have the sail on a slightly steeper angle and he's coming back this week to make that happen. Can 100% recommend!
