Gazebo or pergola for storing bicycles under a roof

Hey, I'm looking for someone who can build us a small sheltered space, specifically for storing bicycles. Backyard Discovery's BBQ gazebo is the closest what I imagine, without the power port or countertops, but they are not available here sadly, nor would amazon deliver it. At least their assembly guide is up on the internet, but I have never built such a thing or have the tools for it. We live in a townhouse so options and space is limited too. I'm also open for a better idea. I just want a storage that doesn't look too awful but can shelter our e-bikes from most of the rain. Hopefully 3k would cover it overall?

"I'm really happy I choose Reece to build the pergola. Even after scrolling through his Instagram I was quite sure he will do an awesome job. It did turn out really nicely, and we thought about the same upgrades, like not having the batten design at the back so we can reach that space, and then upgrading it with a gutter so we won't send off the rain to our neighbour. He's a nice guy with good knowledge of tools and clean work, no cheaping out on quality. Thanks again, bikes stay dry now! :)"
