Alarm reset

Hi there, I have an ESL 2 kit 7 alarm system installed at my home in 6/87 Astley avenue new lynn. While i was trying to change pin, alarm was armed and a trouble sign started flashing with RFSA showing. Alarm then went off. I had to turn off the power and disconnect it. Arrowhead Alarm provided your details and I am wondering if you would be able to reset the alarm code for me please. I would appreciate it very much if you could let me know how much it would cost and if you are available to do this job. Thanks
