We own a house in Sunnyvale. We have never had the code for this burglar alarm (originally installed in roughly the year 2001 when the house was built) so we cannot use it. We are guessing this alarm could just be reset with a new code, but are also open to alternative suggestions if an upgrade is needed (perhaps upgraded electronics might also allow notifications to be sent to a smartphone). We are looking for someone to give us some estimates or quotes on options to come make the alarm work again.
