Hi there We have recently moved into our new house, every now and again the alarm panels will beep with the 'trouble' light. The prior owner had no idea how to operate it, so it's never been set to 'armed' or 'unarmed'. Would love to get this fixed/replaced with a working alarm. Thanks Mark
