Security alarm service needed

Our security alarm system isn’t working properly and we’ve exhausted google and our own checks to see what’s wrong. The smoke alarm component is working fine but the security part switches on ok but doesn’t pick up movement etc.We replaces the battery just before lockdown and the system still is the same. The system was installed by the previous house owners and the service phone number doesn’t exist anymore. We need someone to have a quick look/call and then provide us an estimate to have it serviced
