3 X CCTV cameras diagnosis/connection/replacement

I have a CCTV system, 4 X network cameras and a dvr. 3 of the cameras have disconnected over time and aren’t able to be located in the network on the dvr. Looking for someone who is able to diagnose the problem, reconnect them or if needed replace and setup the replacements.
