Am looking for support on my Reolink PT Argus system, whether it is to take it into a place or for it to be assessed at my home. I have tried all the trouble shooting I can and am tech savy myself, just would rather not purchase a new system if I don't need to. • I purchased this system with solar panel 12 months ago • No issues since installation even when changing broadband modems • Tried to disconnect & reconnect device using the app • Solar panel is working and device is fully chargeable • Have tried to reset the device
