A new battery was installed as the old one went flat. We are now not able to re-set alarm as 'trouble' light is illuminated and our alarm code is not working. We don't consider this to be a complicated or extensive job. The alarm was working well before we had the battery replaced. Monday, 9th November would be the preferred day to call to repair.
