Alarm system upgrade

The property has an existing alarm system with an internal keypad. The make is Spectrum Paradox and was installed by ADT around 2004. There are PIR motion sensors and smoke detectors connected to the alarm system as well as internal and external sirens. Currently, the alarm is a single zone setup. I wish to upgrade the alarm system to be able to be remotely monitored by our smartphone devices over two zones (house and workshop - separate workshop will need wireless PIR and smoke detector only). I require 2 internal video cameras - front door and garage entrance. External video is already catered for via a Meraki cloud-based system. There is Fibre connected to the property and an ethernet connection can be made available at the current alarm control box. The property has a loft for access and a phone / alarm patch panel in the roof cavity for access.
