Oak APARTMENTS

I need a quote for a home security installation and a app connection to my phone where I can access and check on my apartment 24/7. I live in a building where there are 4 apartments, two apartments on the first floor and two apartments on the second floor. I am on the second floor and the apartments are very close together. Also there are about 8 or 9 other surrounding buildings next to each other. The other buildings have there own entry to them. My building is on the west wing. I would like a camera on the outside of my apartment so I can check to see who enters the building and facing my door and a possibility an alarm installed inside my apartment that sends a message to my phone so that I am able to access it.
