I have some portable steel scaffolding that has been in place for about 15 years, so that it will have rusted together, so it can't be taken apart. The scaffolding is in 3 sections (each about 1.75m, so total height is a bit over 5m). I think the scaffolding will have to be cut up to be removed. The scaffolding is rusty, so only good for scrap. The photo shows the scaffolding.
